The Shiloh House
Shiloh ATL envisions owning a retreat property in Mableton, GA, where our community has a physical space to get away, rest, and encounter God.
Imagine a place near the Atlanta Perimeter with winding walking trails, a welcoming house with guest rooms, a library filled with books, a large kitchen where meals are shared and prepared together, a garden to tend, and an art studio where creativity can take root.
While we’re in the process of acquiring a space, we offer half-day retreats each quarter, or, if you’re looking to get away, we can also create a guide for you to take with you.
Curated Retreats
Want to go on a solo retreat, or have a group that wants to make space but isn't su how to structure it? Our spiritual directors would love to create a guide for you to take with you that fits your unique needs for your time away.
Going through a transition and need to discern what’s next? Are you wanting to plan a staff retreat for your team? Curious about where God is speaking in your life and want to create space to tune in? Do you need space to reconnect with God and simply be curious about where He is in your life? Do you need some downtime to get outside of your regular routine? These examples reflect themes from guides we’ve created in the past for people seeking this kind of space.
What people are saying about our Curated Retreats
Shiloh has played an integral role in guiding me through my personal retreats. I aim to take a personal retreat at critical junctures in the year, whether that be moments of transition, seasons of grief or confusion, or times when I recognize I simply need to step back, seek rest and nourishment, and locate where I find myself in life. I often have an intention or specific objectives for these retreats but don't always know how to get there; Shiloh has proven to be a great source of guidance for me in reaching, or at least being on my way, to the end goal(s). Shiloh's resources for a self-guided retreat are the steady hand I've needed to lead the way, always resulting in fruitful self-reflection, release, and communion with myself and God. I highly recommend these self-guided resources for anyone who feels drawn to examine their life, whether on a retreat or in the spare few hours one might have during any given day.
