Living into our identity as beloved children of God is one of the most important invitations of the Christian life. Before we are anything else, before we are spouses, parents, friends, leaders, or workers, we are beloved. This is the deepest truth about who we are, and it is not something we have to earn. God’s love is not dependent on what we accomplish or how well we perform. We are loved simply because we are His.

Our invitation is to learn to live from that place. It can be challenging, though, and requires space to practice. Join us for this half-day retreat where we will have space to do just that. Participants will be guided through practices that help us rest in God’s loving gaze and encounter Him more deeply.

We will provide coffee, tea, and light snacks. Bring a journal, pen, and water bottle. Registration is required, and space is limited. This retreat will be held at a retreat house in Austell, GA. The space has indoor spots for reflection and ample outdoor space. Feel free to bring a camp chair or picnic blanket to sit on!
